Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
- Cost: $5.00 flat rate
- FREE on orders over $50
- Available to all 50 US states
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
- Cost: $15.00 flat rate
- Order by 2PM for next-day processing
Next Day Delivery
- Cost: $25.00
- Must order by 2PM EST for next day delivery
- Not available on weekends or holidays
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. We will notify you if your order contains restricted items.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues or if your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot modify the address once the order has been processed.
