Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log into your account and go to Order History
  2. Find the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Order" if the option is available
  4. If the cancel button is not available, contact customer service immediately at support@mawyc.com or call +1 (555) 123-4567

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait to receive the order and then initiate a return following our return policy.

Refund Processing

If your cancellation is successful:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled once ordered:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Auto-Cancellation

Orders may be automatically cancelled if:

  • Payment authorization fails
  • The item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
  • Shipping address is invalid or undeliverable

You will be notified via email if your order is cancelled for any of these reasons.
